International Bubble Blowing Day Returns - 2025

Celebrating Joy, Wellbeing and the Power of Small Things

May 6th marks the return of International Bubble Blowing Day, a joyful global celebration that showcases how simple pleasures—like blowing bubbles—can offer powerful emotional benefits. This year’s theme embraces the timeless idea of 'Multum in Parvo', the Latin phrase meaning “Much from Little.”

In a world increasingly affected by stress and mental health challenges, the humble soap bubble serves as a vivid reminder that small, everyday moments can have a meaningful impact. Light, delicate, and fleeting, bubbles captivate the imagination and bring spontaneous joy to people of all ages.

Bubble performers across the globe played a part in this special video project organised by the Association Of International Bubble Artistes (AOIBA)—the only worldwide organisation for professional bubble artists. Each performer was invited to demonstrate how many bubbles could be made from a single source, celebrating creativity, mindfulness, and the universal delight bubbles inspire.
