In 2013 Bubbledad made his first giant bubble and he's been OBSESSED ever since! Bubbledad (performer/educator Chris Catanese) has brought smiles to tens of thousands of kids (and adults!) from Manhattan to Mumbai with his bubble wizardry. He creates a magical bubblescape featuring mesmerizing bubbles of all shapes and sizes. As a former educator, Bubbledad infuses each show with little fun science and geometry. Chris also encourages kids to adopt a D.I.Y. attitude by explaining how they can make many of the bubble blowers he uses in the show. Chris holds a master's degree in informal learning from Bank Street College. Prior to his bubbling career he spent 23 years working at several New York City non-profit organizations including the New-York Historical Society (Director of Visitor Experience), The Museum of American Finance (Director of Education) and WNYC Radio where he was a producer and performer on a weekly kids radio show, New York Kids.
